PROGRAM:”Memories” led by Al Raymond

On Sunday, December 30, Al Raymond will again continue the annual program of “Memories” started by Dirk Barrett, whose memory we all cherish.
This will be a chance for you to come forward and share any memory—whether of Dirk or someone else—you find especially meaningful, whether it happened recently or long ago. (There was an overflow crowd with many speakers at Dirk’s memorial service last spring, but probably even they didn’t exhaust his supply of dry wit and common sense; so it’s especially fitting for anyone who’d like, to share their memories of him, as well as anyone else who is no longer with us.)
If time permits and you recall a favorite hymn or responsive reading, we’ll include that in the program, too. (Erika will gladly play any music that’s in our hymnal.)
Instead of the usual two services, there will be one starting at 11 AM.
We had a good turnout last year, and we look forward to seeing you on December 30th.
