Singer, Songwriter Pat Lamanna - One Service Only at 11:00 a.m.

Pat is a fellow UU from Poughkeepsie.  Her presentation is a description of a trip she took in the early 70s, when she was in her 20s.  She traveled to many parts of the world, sometimes with friends, sometimes alone and, as she traveled, she wrote songs.  She weaves these songs with the back-story of how the song came to be written using visual aids, such as a map, as illustrations.  Pat’s story is entertaining as well as spiritually uplifting and will, undoubtedly, rekindle memories of some of our own “hippie” days.
