RE Events & Celebrations

Children’s Worship — Every Sunday, a short children’s worship service is offered in the Fellowship Hall, prior to classes.

End of Year Celebration — On the last scheduled Sunday of the year, we have a short children’s worship, followed by food, crafts, music and fun.

Multi-Age Sundays — Several times during the year, the DRE offers a longer children’s chapel. On these Sundays, rather than formal classroom instruction, children participate in a multi-age experience.

Intergenerational Sunday — Once a year, the children in our RE program join the adults in the sanctuary for an intergenerational service.

RE Sunday — A service devoted entirely to a celebration of religious education and the children in our Fellowship’s RE program.

Youth Sunday — Annual Sunday service designed and led entirely by the Fellowship’s Junior and Senior Youth.

Coming of Age — In a ceremony and reception, the Fellowship celebrates the youth who have completed the Coming of Age program.
